What the party knows

Hessa was making parts for Vashember's cage and cared primarily about continuing the work. The party met no resistance while opening a nearby lockbox.

The box contained Ser Bluto's plan to usurp the anchor after the party removed the False Ember.

When told the party intended to defeat the false god, Hessa agreed to loosen the chains. No fight was required.
